Property Inspections
At the heart of our service to commercial property landlords
and institutions, is our void property inspection service.
Our inspections include very regular visits to the property
to ensure that the building remains secure and in the best
possible condition at all times.
Some insurance companies are now insisting on a minimum 2
visits per month. Our service automatically complies and
provides you with not only a written report for every visit,
but a complete log of all visits, plus photographic evidence -
what's more, it's all web based, so you don't have to worry
about mountains of paperwork!
We go further than most and will be proactive in reporting
and where possible, solving or helping to solve them as they
arise.
We'll address things like ensuring that water services are
turned off and drained to reduce the chance of leaks, we'll
empty WC cisterns, secure all exits and windows, ensure that
security precautions are adequate and of course, we'll
regularly inspect for vandal or weather damage.
Each visit is reported and signed and in the event of any
damage being evident, we'll photograph it, log it and
report fully on the extent so that insurance claims can be
handled quickly and efficiently.
Emergency key holding is an integral part of our service and
we will notify the local police or your chosen security
providers of our key holder status, so that in the event of
anything bad happening to the building whilst we're not
present, you know that it's us who takes the call and responds
in the middle of the night!

and inspect more regularly than most comparable property

insurance policy.
