As part of our commercial property management service, we
can ensure that your properties (tenanted or void), comply with
current statutory requirements.
In the case of tenanted property, your lease will no doubt
cover this area, but in fact, a large number of tenants are not
even aware of their responsibilities in this area.
For example, most companies do not have an asbestos register
and are not aware that they should have one, or how they can go
about getting one.
During our inspections of void properties, we rarely find an
asbestos register on site, even though this is a legal (and
therefore an insurance) requirement.
Working closely with our clients we can ensure that all of
your buildings comply with important legislation concerning the
Control of Asbestos regulations.
In the case of void properties being offered for sale or
letting, we can arrange very competitive, but more importantly,
accurate Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (Commercial
EPC).
Although the market place is saturated with recently
qualified individuals offering commercial EPC's at the moment,
the quality of the actual surveys is questionable in many
cases. We'll show you how to get a better EPC at a reasonable
cost.
