Do you really know what's happening with your properties?

Apart from at the beginning or at the end of a lease, few larger portfolio owners have the time to inspect their properties, especially the voids, which can often leave them in the dark about issues which may affect their marketability or suitablilty for occupation.

That's as true for estates as it is for individual properties, where common areas and roadways are often disregarded.

We now offer a service that provides remote landlords and investors with a snap shot of the condition of their properties and estates.

Similar to a photographic schedule of condition, but a little less detailed, this service will highlight areas that might need attention in the future, allowing for planned maintenance or service charge items.

In the case of void properties, this service will demonstrate not only the current condition, but could also help identify why a property is not letting or selling.

This could be due to the condition of the property itself, or could be attributed to the overall condition of the estate, a neigbouring property or even a tenant's activities in another property, something that's rarely considered.
